2. Data we collect

We only collect the data you provide when filling in the newsletter subscription form: name and email address. We may additionally collect anonymous technical information from the browser (language, operating system, pages visited) for statistical purposes.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed in order to send you informative communications about real estate crowdfunding, sector news and content published by Assetclassvw. The legal basis is the express consent you give when submitting the form, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December.

4. Data retention

Data will be kept while the subscription remains active or until you request its deletion. Once consent is withdrawn, data will be blocked for the legally required periods before final deletion.

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. Service providers (web hosting, email delivery) located within the European Economic Area or under equivalent safeguards may process your data as data processors.
